Refunds and cancellation
What is refundable, how to ask, and how to stop a recurring charge.

Running an audit and reading its findings costs nothing and requires no account or payment. Nothing on this page applies to it.
One-time purchases
A paid report is delivered immediately once payment completes. If it fails to generate, does not arrive, or is materially different from what was described at checkout, you are entitled to a full refund. Ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
We will also refund a report whose findings turn out to be wrong about your site. This is not a goodwill gesture: the product is a measurement, and a measurement you cannot rely on has no value. Tell us what we got wrong and we will re-audit at no charge, refund you, or both.
We will not normally refund a report simply because the score was lower than expected. The score reflects what your website returned to an ordinary request, and the evidence for every finding is included so you can check it yourself.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops the next charge — access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
If you cancel within 7 days of a subscription’s first payment and have not made substantial use of it, we will refund that payment in full. After that, we refund the unused remainder of the current period where the service was unavailable, materially broken, or not as described.
If we change what a subscription includes in a way that reduces its value to you, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the current period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@example.invalid from the address used at purchase, with the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time the money takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 working days after we process it.
Cancelling a subscription
Every monitoring email includes an unsubscribe link, which stops the emails. Stopping emails is not the same as cancelling a paid subscription — to cancel billing, email us at the address above and we will confirm in writing.
